Delivering Content in Workfront (for Communication Design)
To deliver copy, images, video, or any other PDP asset to the Digital Merchandising team, the Communication Design team should leverage Workfront. Create a comment with a link to the files in Dropbox, or a link to the file in the Documents section of the ticket. If providing images with text or graphic overlays (ATF Images/Infographics) the team needs to provide a second set without the extra design elements (Just silho/lifestyle photography, also called Base Images).
Video files should be accompanied with closed captioning VTT files and a poster frame image. Any enhanced below the fold content should have a copy doc or wireframe saved to the folder so the team can build. A comment tagging Brian Besemer with a link to the files will put the project into our queue. Brian will comment when the necessary loads are complete. Please note that if any of the needed files are not provided Digital Merchandising will not be able to make the upload and syndicate the content to retail.com.

Send an email to Brian.Besemer@newellco.com with completed files. Note that the delivery file requirements are the same. If providing images with text or graphic overlays (ATF Images/Infographics) the team needs to provide a second set without the extra design elements (Just silho/lifestyle photography, also called Base Images).

DASH Uploads
No matter the origin, all DASH uploads should be sent to Brian Besemer with a metadata template. Uploads cannot be processed without this template! Uploads for DTC assets are required to include the campaign month/year. Uploads for general use should include information about product taxonomy, the agency that produced the assets, and the sku the images belong to.
For any Workfront users, information about the metadata template and details for any other project prep work can be found in the task details. You can also use this template Link.
Workfront Project Task Details Sample:
Below is a sample of a completed template. The Record ID should be blank as this is for the DASH ID. If you need existing assets expired that field should be filled in, but otherwise please do not fill in. Multiple skus, regions, keywords, etc., can be added by separating the values with a comma. Note that the image names should include the file extension, and all other values should either be in the DASH dictionaries or added to the free-text keywords.
