A ticket can be opened with Newell's Salsify team for several reasons. The most common reason for creating a ticket is to start managing your customers content using Salsify. Who should open the ticket? Support requests should be made by customer sales planning, e.g. customer account managers. Support requests will be reviewed and responded to in five business days.
