Enhanced Content Process

1. Search the item(s) that you are creating enhanced content for in the enhanced content catalog. Linked HERE. You will find the recommend enhanced content tier and template recommendation based on the category of the item. This is a recommendation not a requirement.

2. Select the template number based on content available, complexity of the product, etc. and download from template from the links to the right.

3. Complete the Material ID field on the second tab of the template spreadsheet and please make sure the prefix of the ID is included. Example: SAP_123 or ORCL_12. Enhanced content copy is the only thing required on this form.

4. Complete the ‘Enter Text Here’ fields on the second tab of the template spreadsheet. If you do not replace the ‘Enter Text Here’ field, it will appear blank. All fields are not required. The copy entered into the template will auto populate to the import template.

5. If the enhanced content page will apply to multiple items, an enhanced content collection will need to be created. Download the collection creation form and complete in full. All that is required are the SKUs and the collection name which is listed on the first tab of the template spreadsheet.

6. Name all of the images based on the order indicated in the template. The naming convention of the images should replicate the below.

7. All forms and re-named images should be included in the zip file that is sent to the delivery team to load into Salsify and complete the enhanced content page.
